Hong Kong Chapter - Briefing Session
The Hong Kong Chapter serves as an exceptional collaboration platform for Hong Kong’s professional small-to-medium-sized arts groups and individual artists to present their bold artistic visions that celebrate the rich diversity of Hong Kong’s performing arts, fostering dialogue and collaboration with international presenters and delegates at HKPAX 2026.
To strengthen these connections, facilitation will be provided to encourage engagement between international delegates and local groups, as well as to support post-event collaboration opportunities, ensuring the relationships continue to grow beyond HKPAX.
Open Call Period: 6 January – 6 February 2026 (Deadline: 6 February, 5:00 PM HKT)

To support prospective participants, HKPAX will host an in-person briefing session prior to the Open Call, offering an overview of HKPAX 2026 as well as the application guidelines and key information for the Hong Kong Chapter.
The session will also feature two guest speakers with extensive experience in the international arena: Andy Lo, Co-founder of TS Crew, and Louis Siu, Founder and Artistic Director of Toolbox Percussion. They will share their insight and strategy for developing compelling proposals and pitches tailored to foster effective exchange, networking and collaboration on the international stage.
Andy Lo
Andy Lo is the co-founder, project producer, and company manager of TS Crew, where he has produced numerous acclaimed works. He also serves as the producer for "Hong Kong Soul," the dedicated Hong Kong performing arts season featured at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. His professional expertise extends to international dance exchange, acting as the producer for an international dance festival, "Hong Kong Dance Exchange".
With extensive experience in international exchange, Lo has been active in major global arts platforms since 2016, including the Yokohama Performing Arts Meeting (YPAM) in Japan, the Performing Arts Market in Seoul (PAMS) in South Korea, and CINARS in Canada and Tanzmesse in Germany etc. He was selected as a Hong Kong Fellow for the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) 2023–2025 Fellowship Programme and represents TS Crew as a member of the Circus Asia Network.
Louis Siu
Louis Siu is the Founder and Artistic Director of Toolbox Percussion, driving interdisciplinary and site-specific contemporary music projects. He is a 2024/25 Clore Leadership Fellow at Southbank Centre and serves as an Advisor to Sound and Music, an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
Rooted in classical music, Siu was formerly the Principal Percussionist of the Macao Orchestra. His productions and curatorial projects have been presented internationally, including at the Echigo-Tsumari Art Field (Japan), National Asian Culture Center (Gwangju), and Adelaide Fringe Festival. An Asian Cultural Council and International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) 2023–2025 Fellowship Programme, Siu is a respected voice in the global arts scene.
