Guidelines

Phase 2 application is now open until August 19, 2024 HKT 23:59. Booth rental is subject to space availability.
Each organisation can rent up to four booths (^*subject to change according to circumstances). Please contact us at [email protected] for rental of more than four booths.
Confirmation of successful applications will be sent via email within 14 working days after rental application closes. Successful applicants will receive further information and payment instructions in the same email.
