Account Management
To edit your profile, please log in and go to ‘‘Account Details’’ on your ‘‘My Account’’ page. You will find the ‘‘edit’’ button to update your information. Follow the instructions provided to update.
After your company’s/organisation’s representative made full payment of the passes/booths, the company’s/organisation’s account becomes the master account and have access to view all pass holders' programme selection details. Meanwhile, personal accounts will be sent to each pass holder under the group account to view and edit individual profiles.
Please log in and go to ‘‘Buy Additional Pass’’ in your ‘‘My Account’’ page.
Registration
You may purchase a HKPAX Pass here. Pass holders are required to pre-select performance programmes (e.g., Expo Programmes, International Showcases) before the HKPAX officially begins. Tickets will be distributed by HKPAX on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may also rent a Booth to promote your organisation. Click here for details. Exhibitors are entitled a minimum of 2 HKPAX Full Passes and access to all HKPAX activities.

You may purchase a Full Pass or a Day Pass. Hong Kong students at the tertiary-level are eligible to purchase a Student Pass. Click here for details.
Each organisation can rent up to four booths, please click here for detailed guidelines.

If you’ve lost your ticket prior to your visit, please contact us through email for assistance. If you cannot access the original e-Pass at the event venue, please seek assistance at the Exhibition Information Desk.
Discounts will be provided based on specific conditions. For detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, please click here for the latest updates. Please note that discounts cannot be combined.
Pass holders are not allowed to share their HKPAX Pass(es)/Event Ticket(s) with others to avoid unauthorised use of the Pass(es)/Event Ticket(s).

You can log in to and go to ‘Account Details’ in your ‘My Account’ page. There you can click on the ‘View’ button and download the receipt.
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay CN, WeChat and Bank Transfer.
Programme selection
Different types of HKPAX Passes offer access to specific programmes and events. For detailed information, please click here.
All programmes have limited quotas, and holders of HKPAX Passes are required to select events and activities in advance (e.g., Expo Programmes, International Showcases) on the website to reserve their tickets. Walk-in options may be available for other programmes. The quotas are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to make changes to your selection is 1 October 2024.
As you register for your HKPAX Pass, you can view the status of programme availability. “Full” indicates the corresponding programme is currently unavailable. “Waiting List” indicates the quota for the corresponding programme is tentatively full, but there is a possibility of increased availability at a later date.
You can log in and go to “My Itinerary” in your “My Account” page to view and edit your pre-selections.
