Full Pass

With access to all HKPAX programmes: Opening Ceremony, Expo Programmes, International Showcases, Pitch Sessions, Exhibition, Ground Search, Conversations (Forum, Leadership Talks and Artists’ Sharing), Cultural Offerings.

Day Pass

With access to Pitch Sessions, Exhibition, Ground Search, and Conversations (Forum, Leadership Talks and Artists’ Sharing) on a specific day.

Student Pass

With access to Exhibition, Ground Search, and Conversations (Forum, Leadership Talks and Artists’ Sharing). Student Passes are available only to Hong Kong tertiary-level students.

Please note:

• All events are on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, pass holders are strongly recommended to register online in advance for specific Expo Programmes and International Showcases. Pass holders can modify their programme choices on or before 1 October 2024. You can attend as many performances as you want, as long as schedules do not overlap.
• E-tickets for Expo Programmes and International Showcases are distributed to pass holders via their registered email account one week prior to the events.
• For other events (Pitch Sessions, Exhibition, Gound Search, Forum, Leadership Talks and Artists’ Sharing), no prior registration is required.

1. Bulk purchase discount
   Group purchase of 10 - 29 Full passes enjoys a 50% discount; group purchase of 30 - 99 Full passes enjoys a 55% discount; group purchase of 100 or more Full passes enjoys a 60% discount.
2. Organisation discount
   Applicable with the purchase of at least 2 Full Passes, all participants must be from the same organisation. Special rates apply for the purchase of more than 2 Full Passes.
3. China Delegates discount
   Applicable if all participants are from China with the purchase of Full Pass or Day Pass. 

Discounts cannot be combined.

In addition to activities covered by the HKPAX Pass, we offer other exclusive events for you to network and make connections with like-minded arts professionals and enthusiastic supporters, such as tours to Shenzhen and Guangzhou and other cultural offerings.

An optional tour to Shenzhen and Guangzhou, two of China’s biggest hotbeds of performing arts culture in the Greater Bay Area, provides another great opportunity for HKPAX participants to explore cultural exchange. We visit Shenzhen on the first day, and guests are welcome to choose whether to proceed to Guangzhou or return to Hong Kong for the opening programme of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival on 19 October 2024.

All transportation, accommodation and scheduling will be arranged.
