Account Management
To edit your profile, please log in and go to ‘‘Account Details’’ on your ‘‘My Account’’ page. Click on the ‘‘edit’’ button and follow the instructions on the page to update your information.
Registration counters will be set up at two main venues of the Expo. Pass holders are reminded to bring their confirmation email and collect their printed badge at the following dates and locations:
1. 9–13 October 2026 – Registration Counter, Piazza A, Hong Kong Cultural Centre
2. 10–12 October 2026 – Registration Counter, 1/F, East Kowloon Cultural Centre
The QR code on your badge will be required for entry verification at all venues. Please keep it handy to enjoy all the programmes and performances.
Registration counters may experience higher visitor traffic during peak hours. Participants are advised to arrive early to allow sufficient time for registration and to enjoy a smooth and pleasant Expo experience.

We offer three types of passes: Standard Pass, One-day Pass and Student Pass.

Yes, we offer a range of discounts:
Early Bird Discount: Purchase a Standard Pass on or before 17 July 2026 to enjoy the early bird discount offer.
Hong Kong Arts Practitioner Discount: An exclusive discount for arts practitioners in Hong Kong. The offer is available only to eligible individuals.
The Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo also offers AAPPAC (Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres) bundle discounts, as well as special ticket prices for students.

We accept both online and offiline payment methods, including:
- Online payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, Alipay, Alipay HK and WeChat Pay.

Log in to the “My Account” page and go to “Account Details” to view and download your invoices. Once we have confirmed payment, we will send the receipt to your registered email address.
All passes are non-transferrable.
All purchases are non-refundable.
Programme Selection
Programme selection will open in August 2026.
You can log into “My Account” and go to “My Schedule” to view and edit your reservations.
All performances have free seating, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, no online waitlist will be available for each programme. As participants may make changes to their selected schedules, please refer to the latest updates on the official HKPAX website.
An onsite standby queue will be arranged at each performance venue. Accredited pass holders who are unable to secure a booking online but wish to attend may join the standby queue at the venue. Admission will be subject to seat availability.There is no limit. However, please ensure that the times of your selected performances do not overlap.

Registered participants are required to arrive and be seated at least 15 minutes before the scheduled programme start time. Seats will be held until the scheduled start time; any unoccupied seats at that time will be released to standby attendees.
