Account Management
To edit your profile, please log in and go to ‘‘Account Details’’ on your ‘‘My Account’’ page. Click on the ‘‘edit’’ button and follow the instructions on the page to update your information.
Bring your confirmation email to the registration counter at Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza A from 9 October – 13 October 2026, where you can collect your personal badge.
You will need to scan the QR code on your badge at the entrance of each venue, so do keep it handy to enjoy all the programmes and performances.
As registration counters get busy during peak hours, we recommend leaving yourself plenty of time to check in and start your experience smoothly.

We offer three types of passes: Standard Pass, One-day Pass and Student Pass.

Yes, we offer a range of discounts:
Early Bird Discount: Purchase a Standard Pass on or before 17 July 2026 to enjoy the early bird discount offer.
The Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo also offers AAPPAC (Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres) bundle discounts, as well as special ticket prices for Hong Kong practitioner and students.

We accept both online and offiline payment methods, including:
- Online payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
- Offline payment: Bank Transfer

Log in to the “My Account” page and go to “Account Details” to view and download your invoices. Once we have confirmed payment, we will send the receipt to your registered email address.
All passes are non-transferrable.

Programme Selection
Programme selection will open in August 2026.
You can log into “My Account” and go to “My Schedule” to view and edit your reservations.
All performances have free seating, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, no waiting list is available. However, as all participants are free to edit their schedules, we recommend you check the HKPAX website regularly for newly available spots.
There is no limit. However, please ensure that the times of your selected performances do not overlap.
Most venues provide wheelchair-accessible facilities. If you require further assistance, please contact us by email at [email protected].
As all participants must scan their personal QR code before entry, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the performance to ensure smooth admission and to enjoy the full performance. Latecomers will be admitted at appropriate times.
