We welcome artists and companies to showcase yourself to international audiences and potential presenters, arts presenters to scout programmes and talents for co-commissioning, policy makers to identify artists’ needs and utilise funding effectively, producers and agents to observe market needs and meet the right presenters and touring partners, as well as industry related sector to reach out to artists and venues to promote your products.

Borrowing from Hong Kong’s construction scaffolding and temporary structures for Chinese opera performance, HKPAX booths are made of bamboo. This specific plant (and building material) also symbolises Asian virtue and modesty.

Here you can meet your future funders, presenters, individual artists, organisation representatives and basically everyone with whom you wish to build a connection.

  • Phase 2 application is now open until August 19, 2024 HKT 23:59. Booth rental is subject to space availability.
  • Each organisation can rent up to four booths (*subject to change according to circumstances).
  • Confirmation of successful applications will be sent via email within 14 working days after rental application closes. Successful applicants will receive further information and payment instructions in the same email.

Bulk Purchase Discount

  • A group purchase of 10–29 booths enjoys a 50% discount; a group purchase of 30–99 booths enjoys a 55% discount; a group purchase of 100 or more booths enjoys 60% discount.
