^ Hong Kong Applicants shall be a Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) or the former Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) registered in Hong Kong; or a society registered or exempted from registration under the Societies Ordinance (Cap. 151). Hong Kong Applicants applying in an individual capacity must hold a Hong Kong identity card.

(Beijing), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Cultural Media Group and presented collectively as the “Chinese Mainland Exhibition Area”, offering a comprehensive showcase of the Chinese Mainland’s performing arts. Exchange Avenue is a hub for meeting future funders, presenters, creative partners, service providers, and anyone else with whom you wish to build a connection. Past exhibitors have included:

  • Artists and companies showcasing their projects to international audiences and potential presenters;
  • Arts presenters seeking co-commissioning opportunities;
  • Policy-makers promoting their region’s unique performing arts landscape;
  • Producers and agents scouting talents, presenters, and touring partners;
  • Industry-related suppliers promoting their products and services to artists and organisers.

Date & Time: 10 October 2026 (11:00-15:00) and 11 October 2026 (11:00-18:00)
Setup (tentative): 9 October 2026 (14:00-18:00)

Points to Note:
  • The allocation of Exhibition Booth and Exhibition Table locations shall be determined by HKPAX.
  • A detailed exhibition guidebook will be distributed to successful applicants once the application has been confirmed.

  • Applications are now open until 17 Jul 2026 (Fri) 23:59 (HKT). Subject to actual circumstances, HKPAX reserves the right to amend the application deadline without prior notice.
  • Each applicant may apply for a maximum of either two Exhibition Booths or two Exhibition Tables.
  • The final quota is subject to availability and HKPAX’s final approval.
  • Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation within one month after the application period closes. The confirmation email will include payment instructions and further details.
  • Successful Hong Kong applicants are required to submit supporting documents to enjoy the Hong Kong Applicants discount.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
