As one of the key performing arts exchange platforms in Hong Kong, HKPAX offers invaluable opportunities to connect and collaborate. Through a thoughtfully curated programme of performances, pitches, talks, exhibition, and professional networking activities — HKPAX will once again bring global performing arts professionals together.

Following the briefing session organised for HKPAX-interested practitioners in September 2025, HKPAX is pleased to once again invite international advisor Jennifer Dautermann, Founding Director of Classical:NEXT, to lead a targeted training session on networking preparation and professional presentation. Designed specifically to support Hong Kong participation at HKPAX, the session will help practitioners prepare with confidence.

Jennifer Dautermann

Jennifer Dautermann is an arts consultant, strategist, facilitator, coach, and project architect working internationally across the performing arts. She collaborates with cultural organisations, creative leaders, and emerging professionals to design and deliver conferences, strategic processes, and capacity-building initiatives.

Jennifer is an International Advisor to the Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo. She was the Founding Director of Classical:NEXT and later conceived and led Art In Action (ArIA), a “glocal” initiative to empower art music as a force for positive social change. Earlier in her career, Jennifer Dautermann founded the C3 Festival at Berlin’s Berghain club, following a seven-year tenure in the Arts and Creative Industries department at the British Council in Berlin.

In addition to her strategic and facilitation work, Jennifer brings a strong foundation in education. She holds teacher training at the University of Cambridge and has many years of hands-on teaching experience. She is also a graduate of the Global Leaders Institute for Arts Innovation Executive MBA program. Jennifer Dautermann divides her time between Canada and Germany.
